DODAC Applications
1. DODAC has strong bactericidal ability and is one of the third generation products of quaternary ammonium salt bactericides. It is used as a bactericide and algaecide for swimming pools, a bactericide for oilfield water, and a bactericide for industrial circulating cooling water systems. The fourth generation quaternary ammonium salt bactericide is composed of a mixture of octyldecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (50%), dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (25%), and didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (25%), accounting for 60%, and alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride accounting for 40%. It has excellent bactericidal performance and is suitable for the treatment of industrial water under conditions of organic dirt and hard water pollution.
