Dioctyl Terephthalate

High-Purity Dioctyl Terephthalate(DOTP) Plasticizer CAS 6422-86-2

Sinochem is a major Dioctyl Terephthalate supplier. Meanwhile, our firm staffs a group of experts devoted to your development of China Dioctyl Terephthalate.

DOTP colorless transparent oily liquid, it can be used for cable materials and also be used for the production of artificial leather films. In addition, it has excellent compatibility and can also be used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl butyral, nitrile rubber etc.

  • Eco-Friendly & Phthalate-Free Safety: Formulated with zero regulated phthalate esters, DOTP fully complies with strict international regulations (such as REACH and RoHS).
  • Superior Electrical Insulation: Due to its excellent volume resistivity and minimal volatile mass loss under continuous thermal stress, DOTP significantly upgrades the compounding performance of 70°C and 105°C premium wire and cable insulation compounds.
  • Outstanding Migration & Extraction Resistance: Compared to traditional ortho-phthalate plasticizers like DOP, the linear/para-structure of DEHT enhances its cross-linked physical interlocking within the PVC matrix, drastically reducing oil/water extraction and premature embrittlement.
