Properties: White combustible crystalline powder with formaldehyde odor. Slowly dissolves in cold water at 300℃ and quickly dissolves in hot water. Releases formaldehyde in aqueous solution. Insoluble in ethanol and ether, but soluble in caustic soda and potassium solutions.

Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The warehouse temperature should not exceed 32°C and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. It should be stored separately from oxidants, reducing agents, acids, alkalis, etc. and should not be mixed. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. It is prohibited to use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to sparks. The storage area should be equipped with appropriate materials to contain leaks.

Polyformaldehyde is a solid formaldehyde with high formaldehyde content, in the form of solid particles, easy to store and transport.
