Properties: Tolytriazole sodium salt can be used as a corrosion inhibitor of copper and copper alloy. It also has corrosion inhibition for black metals. TAS 50 is absorbed on the metal surface to form a thin membrane. This membrane can protect copper and other metals from air corrosion and other harmful subjects. In addition, the membrane is more uniform. Therefore, the effect is better when used together with MBT.
Usage: First, dissolved with alcohol or alkali, then added into circulating water system, the dosage of 2-10mg/L is preferred. If the metal is badly corroded, 5-10 times of normal dosage should be expected.
Package: 200L plastic drum, IBC(1000L), customers’ requirement.
Storage: Storage in shady room and dry place.
